After signing the contract, you will be assigned the following contacts:
Customer Success Manager (CSM) as main point of contact

Data manager
Operational security contact (for security incidents, security policy changes and modifications to the security assurance plan)
Daily operational exchanges
We set up a dedicated communication channel with you to discuss ongoing vulnerabilities and remediation plans in real time.
This channel can be e-mail, instant messaging or secure messaging.
You will also be asked to provide an emergency telephone number, so that we can contact you as quickly as possible if a critical vulnerability is detected.
Quarterly meetings
The goal of these meetings is to ensure operational follow-up of the service and to improve its quality.
