Customer support

Each client is supported by our Customer Success Manager (CSM) team, completed by professional services: Assistance on Patrowl, Additional Steering Committee, Training in the use of the Service, Presentation meeting of an in-depth analysis of vulnerabilities, etc.

CSM support

Communication in French or English, with on-site or online meetings:

  • Contacts assigned at the start of the service

  • Daily operational exchanges

  • Quarterly meetings

  • Annual Steering Committee (optional)

Contacts awarded following signature of a contract

After signing the contract, you will be assigned the following contacts:

  • Customer Success Manager (CSM) as main point of contact

  • Sales

  • Data manager

  • Operational security contact (for security incidents, security policy changes and modifications to the security assurance plan)

Daily operational exchanges

We set up a dedicated communication channel with you to discuss ongoing vulnerabilities and remediation plans in real time.

This channel can be e-mail, instant messaging or secure messaging.

You will also be asked to provide an emergency telephone number, so that we can contact you as quickly as possible if a critical vulnerability is detected.

Quarterly meetings

The goal of these meetings is to ensure operational follow-up of the service and to improve its quality.

Patrowl participants :

  • Customer Success Manager (CSM), organizer

  • Technical expert (if necessary)

Agenda:

  • Review of historical and new assets

  • Vulnerability analysis

  • Review of action plan, corrective measures and potential difficulties

  • Product roadmap and new customer needs

  • Customer questions and feedback

Annual Steering Committee (optional)

The aim of these optional annual meetings is to monitor the governance of the service, guarantee your satisfaction and review any major changes (legal and technical).

Patrowl participants:

  • Customer Success Manager (CSM), organizer

  • Sales

The agenda will be adapted to your needs and the context of the service.

Support from experienced pentesters

Our team includes experienced pentesters who can guide you in analyzing and correcting identified vulnerabilities.

With their technical skills and in-depth knowledge of threats, you will benefit from support tailored to your needs, whether in the context of technical audits or strategic discussions.
