Since 2017, Heetch (50M+ rides across Europe and Africa) has relied on a cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, CI/CD) with a strong security culture. Despite already robust processes (tests at every deployment, annual pentests, open-source monitoring), the daily production of new code introduced a constant risk that was hard to control without slowing down the teams.
